These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by PIK Trailers ("we", "us", "the Seller") to customers ("you", "the Buyer") via www.piktrailers.co.uk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

By ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any variation must be agreed in writing by us.

1. Ordering

All orders are offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order. Where an item is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer the choice of waiting or receiving a full refund within 14 days. Orders can only be placed via our website.

2. Price & Payment

Prices are displayed inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately and the full total — including VAT and delivery — will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, though we'll always endeavour to ensure prices are correct when you place your order.

3. Delivery

Delivery prices apply to UK mainland addresses only. We'll do our best to meet any agreed delivery date, but time of delivery is not of the essence and we cannot be held liable for delays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with us until payment is received in full.

If your delivery arrives with obvious damage or shortages, please note this on the driver's delivery note at the time of receipt. All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to us within three working days of delivery.

4. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, please contact us at sales@piktrailers.co.uk or write to us at PIK Trailers, Unit 7 Hill Crest Park, Hoyle Road, Calverton, Nottingham, NG14 6QJ.

Upon cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return). Refunds will be made via your original payment method at no charge to you.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods. Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

5. Our Rights

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without liability. Where a buyer has previously been banned from placing orders, we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee and card processing costs from any refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in the event of any breach of these Terms is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7. General

Force majeure — We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, fire, war, or failure of communications systems.

Waiver — If we choose not to enforce any of our rights on a given occasion, this does not prevent us from doing so in the future.

Severance — If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to these Terms — We may update these Terms at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Governing law — These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
