Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept debit/credit card, PayPal, and Google Pay, all processed securely via Stripe.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 13:30 on the same working day. Orders placed after 13:30 will be dispatched the following working day. We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only.

Next Working Day — Important Notes
- Orders must be placed before 13:30 to be eligible for next-day delivery.
- This service operates Monday to Friday only and excludes Bank Holidays.
- Orders placed on a Friday before 13:30 will typically arrive on Saturday, and no later than Monday.
- Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by the courier and is outside of our control. Whilst we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery once the parcel is with the carrier.
- We cannot guarantee next-day delivery where orders are placed after the 13:30 cut-off or where delays are caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- If your order contains any items not eligible for Next Working Day delivery, the entire order will be sent on our Standard Shipping service.
