Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After this period, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Sale Items Only full-price items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged on arrival. To arrange an exchange, please email us at sales@piktrailers.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Unless your item is faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
For items valued over £30, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
