Before You Order
Product Specifications and Suitability
P.I.K Trailers., shall not be held responsible for the accuracy of any advice given regarding the suitability or otherwise of any part/s required for the repair of any trailer. Published product details, specifications and suitability information is the best available at the time, usually provided by the product's manufacturer.
Manufacturer's names are used for reference only. Use of these names does not always imply that the product/s is actually made by them.
Where a manufacturer offers a guarantee on a product, this may be conditional on repairs being performed by an approved Trailer Centre. Please ensure that you have read your product's manual and warranty conditions before attempting to install a part or otherwise repair your trailer.
P.I.K Trailers., can not be held responsible if the trailer/caravan or equipment is damaged or your warranty is voided.
Payment over the Internet can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards via PayPal. Telephone orders can also paid using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo cards. Cheques or postal orders are no longer accepted.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at current UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of a manufacturer/Suppliers price increase. Customers are entitled to a full refund if this is not acceptable.
Due to the nature of the clearing system, your credit card payment WILL be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will, of course, be happy to make a refund as appropriate. Charges will appear on your bank statement as "P.I.K Trailers"
Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Trailer Spare Parts purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it in and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent directly to you, just let us
Pop your item in a padded envelope or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post. If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning. We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund the amount you paid for the item minus the postage paid, within 5 working days.
