Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are despatched for a full refund. If the item has already been despatched then please see below for our returns policy.
We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Trailer Spare Parts purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it in and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent directly to you, just let us know which you would prefer. For UK customers we will arrange an up-lift from our couriers for you to return the item or provide a Returns Envelope for smaller items. Overseas customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you to the value of the original outgoing post and packaging.
If you've simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. Please do not write on the packaging.
• To return an item you'll need to quote your:-
• Order Confirmation number, Invoice No: (found at the top of your documentation)
• Name • Address including post code
• Daytime contact telephone number
• Reason for the return
Pop your item in a padded envelope or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post. If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning. We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund the amount you paid for the item within 2 working days.
